I had a really rough experience at this hotel. While the location was decent, being close to Karon Beach, the rooms were not what I expected and the service was lacking. The staff were not accommodating, and the cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired. I would strongly advise against staying here as there are better options available.

I discovered a hidden gem in Karon! The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, with a stunning view from the pool deck. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the restaurant served amazing food at reasonable prices. Though I loved my stay, I wish the hotel had provided more amenities like shuttle service to the beach like other places. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a great value for the price!
